Positive: ValueThis way my first time visiting Salty Waves Salon and my first time working with Ashli. Ashli has a great vision and ideas to offer, and while I had a general vision for what I wanted, Ashli helped guide me and showed me inspiration for what would flatter me best. She was met with a challenge as I had leftover temporary pink color in my hair, but she didn’t let that show at all in my results. This way my first time visiting Salty Waves Salon and my first time working with Ashli. Ashli has a great vision and ideas to offer, and while I had a general vision for what I wanted, Ashli helped guide me and showed me inspiration for what would flatter me best. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueYesterday was my first time in the salon. I saw Ashli. I gave her my hair color mixture. Critical: QualityI saw Sydni for highlights. To be fair to her, I could have more clearly communicated exactly what I wanted, but truly if you google “Bad Highlights” it is exactly what my hair looked like. Chunky streaks no blending. I really liked my natural color and just wanted to brighten it a bit and instead had very dark low lights brought all the way up to my root in a perfect pattern with my highlights. I had a different salon fix it the next day because I actually felt embarrassed with it. I did notice in the chair it was streaky but she reassured me it would look different dried/lighten up.The salon itself was not bad, I just would recommend you have very clear communication/watch exactly what is going on if you are a blonde.Services: Hair highlighting, Hairstyling, HaircutI saw Sydni for highlights.
