SOoooooo relaxing! The salt cave was amazing – my immediate reaction was Wow – this is like a European spa! The cave had big blocks of salt from Poland lining the walls and a funky water feature at the front of the room. Zero gravity chairs and weighted blankets made it so calming. I never fall asleep easily but I drifted off during our 45 minute session and felt so restored and relaxed at the end. The place was very clean and professionally run. I am excited to go back again soon!

Love everything about Salty! Greeted by the sweetest! She showed us around and was very knowledgeable. We did the foot detox and enjoyed some relaxation already have our next appointments booked! Can’t wait to try yoga in the salt cave.

I have always heard great things about Salty. I finally had some downtime and was able to book and appointment for the salt cave. The experience was like no other. Waking in on the tiny salt rocks to a comfy lounge chair, then being covered in a comfy weighted blanket. It was the most relaxing experience. I was able to relax and breathe in the salty air. I do believe it helped with my stress and anxiety. I will definitely be coming back!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful and our treatments were great. I did the salt cave and foot detox and she did the reike and infrared sauna. There were also great products in their little shop. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! We will definitely be back soon. One suggestion might be to make sure people in the waiting area keep their voices down because you definitely can hear people talk through the cave walls, but other than that we had a lovely time.

Such a lovely space, friendly and amazing owners + staff. The salt booth was soothing and helped with some sinus issues we have been experiencing. It was very calm and cozy and they have such great products! Love this spot!

I highly recommend Salty. It’s an absolutely lovely, relaxing experience. Relax in extremely comfortable zero gravity chairs under a weighted blanket (if you choose). I recommend putting the heated salt spheres behind your neck while you relax.
