I wish people knew how important massage therapy is for your body & mental health, specially for those that have demanding jobs or are sitting long periods of time during the day or are not very active . I came in for a salt session to help with breathing issues I have pretty regularly, and not only did it loosen the pressure in my chest and made it easier to breathe, but it was so insanely relaxing! The atmosphere of the room is amazing and I’d spend several hours in there if I could. Salt therapy really isn’t talked about enough, so I highly encourage everyone to try it out if you’re suffering from asthma or any respiratory issues and relying heavily on meds! Wow, tried a quick 30 minute focused massage and the results were amazing. Terri used a combination of different techniques and I felt immediate results. Owners are super nice, atmosphere is relaxing and the prices are very good. Going for a longer session next week.

Jill was AMAZING and really took care of my problem. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left my experience was far beyond expectation.
