Love the Salted Desert! I went to the Salted Desert in Peoria for the first time on 9/11/19. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of salting. I never had allergies until I moved to AZ and they take me down a couple times a year. I’d heard about the benefits of dry salt therapy and met owners Jen and Pete Grant and their passion for what they do intrigued me to give it a try. After only ONE 10 minute session, my coughing stopped which allowed to to sleep through the night. I don’t like taking any pills and am thrilled I’ve found something that works and the only side effects are more overall healing above and beyond the allergies!

Ive only written a couple of reviews ever but I felt the need to write one here. This was a life changer for my health. This year i was stricken with this persistent cough that no one can diagnose. Possibly asthma but all i know is my chest hurts and i cant catch my breath and i cough non stop. I feel I’ve tried most everything. Medications, netipot, peppermint, ginger tea, inhalers, etc. most things work a little. Nothing to brag about but a little. Family suggested i try salt. At this point i wasn’t really expecting much but thought, why not. Showed up here at Salted Desert with very little expectations. Its a ten minute session. About half way through i noticed my sinuses seemed clear but i wasnt there for that and didnt really have issues in this area so i just finished my treatment assuming even if it did help ld need numerous treatments to see any results. Very nice people, chatted awhile and left out the door. Then it all happened. On my 20 minute drive home i felt so clear. Cant explain it. My chest didnt hurt. In ONE ten minute treatment I felt like someone had reversed everything backwards, prior to having this health issue. I was stunned to realize my cough just stopped! I dont know why it helped me so much. I dont even care as not one Dr. seemed to be able to prescribe what salting could do for me in just one visit. I would refer anyone with breathing issues or allergies to give this a try as soon as possible. Im hooked! Im such a fan of this place and the salting concept. Ive now studied a lot about it and I’m sold!

Excellent! This was my first visit; my allergies were killing me and I was amazed . . . within minutes of sitting in the salt I could breath and it continued to get better throughout the day. I would highly recommend.
