I went in with the goal of cutting off my incredibly long hair (past my waist) so I could donate it and I had pictures of the hairstyle I used to have. My appointment was with Deanna and she did exactly what I asked, even providing me with a few small elastics to hold the donation hair. She was very careful while washing my hair to ensure that I was comfortable with the water temperature, and immediately afterwards took a few minutes to sanitize the area for the next customer (a step that I appreciated). The cut she gave me really did match the photos I brought of the way my hair looked before I grew it out and I was very pleased. I wish I had taken pictures during the process but I was enjoying myself so much it just didn’t occur to me. I was so happy with my new haircut I just couldn’t stop looking at myself in the mirror, swinging my hair back & forth, and laughing!

After moving to the central coast from Bakersfield…..it took me a YEAR to find a new hair stylist for my kids and I!!!! Monica is AMAZING and EVERYONE at the salon is WARM and WELCOMING!!!!
