This was our first time here by appointment for the Body Renewal Cycle. This was a different experience but it was very good for my body . You start with the float tank for 60 mins, then the infrared sauna for 30 mins and you finish the cycle with the salt cave for 45 mins. The best part to me was the salt cave. We fell asleep and had a terrific nap. If you have anxiety of any form I wouldn’t recommend the float tank. I recommend checking this place out if you really need to reset your mind, spirit and body ❤️! It’s worth the money.

The wife loved it, very welcoming, considerate to our needs, very relaxing and serene. The Couples massage was great. I had a hot stone deep tissue massage. It was fantastic. Parking was at the location but limited. It is a pretty easy to find location is within walking distance to everything in St. Augustine.

Mixed reviews from me and my husband. He loved the float tank and felt very relaxed afterwards, and says he would definitely do this again. My float experience started off ok, but the temperature was way too hot so after 10/15 mins I started to crack the lid open. I eventually had the lid all the way open and it felt like I was in a steam room, but for almost an hour very uncomfortable and stressing for me. I wasn’t able to relax at all as could hear my heartbeat whooshing through my ears the entire time. I would definitely reiterate the need to make sure your ear plugs are in place before you get in the tank, but there was so much instructions before we started, and it was all read out to me by the assistant, that by the time she left I struggled to remember everything. The lack of having the rules/instructions printed anywhere in the room was a big oversight in my opinion, as I struggle to retain verbal information. There is also a severe lack of hydration that is easily available – the water fountain was not identified beforehand, and with it being in the front waiting area, and you are advised to do the float naked, it is not easy to access. Considered i felt (and looked) like a boiled lobster by the end of the float time, it was slightly embarrassing to be bright red and drinking like a parched camel for 5 minutes solid. After the float we had a sauna booked, but there is no intermediate waiting area, just the front entrance waiting room, so you are hanging about while others are coming and going, all while in a gown, and having to try and side step anyone who wants to get past. When we did get in the sauna, I was expecting to have a chilled/zen-like accompaniment of music similar to what you have at a massage. Instead it was a crackling radio of reggae music, with a bright light that is not part of the lighting controls. It was good to have a chilled shower on hand though, so alternated between a good sweat and an icy shower. My husband wasn’t a fan of the sauna as he said it was too warm for him (wonder what he would have said about my float tank!). The salt cave was my favorite experience but that was because I finally got a bit more relaxed, enough to have a nap, and had the right music to go along with it. Not sure I felt the benefit of a salty experience, but it was a fine nap and the chairs are very comfortable. My husband said it was relaxing but not really something he would do again.

That place is so beautiful. Everyone is super nice and you feel great energy once you enter the door. I had a facial done by May. She made me feel so relaxed and special. She has a natural gift in her hands. That was the best facial I ever had, and I had many in my life. The product they use are very natural and smell incredible.

I booked a few treatments last minute as I got an unexpected weekday off and I’m so glad I did. The price was right in my budget. I chose the package including float pool, sauna, salt room and added a massage. My therapist was highly professional, well trained and experienced. The gals at the front were knowledgeable kind and gracious explaining each room and treatment. I will book again soon I’m sure.

My partner surprised me with a spa day for my birthday and the spa was okay until my diamond necklace was stolen. It was a gift my from daughter, I never take off my necklace and I was asked to remove my necklace because it was a loose item. I sat it down on the stand and after my massage they rush you because they have other appointments. when I realized I left my necklace I called and spoke with the receptionist. She took my information and assured me she’d call me back. This was earlier in the morning. She never called me back. I called 3x and she kept saying the room is occupied but not once did she return my call. The next day I called again when they opened and the manager answered with the most nastiest attitude ever. She didn’t even announce the company just a hello. I told her the reason for my call, she proceeded to say I know why you’re calling and we’re not responsible for lost items. She said they had over 50 people come in and get massages that day. It’s only 24hrs in a day so how does one have 50 people. Also are you not cleaning the rooms out after every massage. I’m sure I’m not the first person to leave or lose something, it’s a spa I know this happens all of the time. But for the receptionist to never contact me back after her telling me she would numerous of times and then the manager telling me we’re not responsible. Someone has my necklace, I’m heartbroken and sad because what was supposed to be a relaxing day turned out to be a horrible nightmare. I just want my necklace

Very relaxing couples massage! It was my partner and I’s first time getting a massage and we will definitely be back again. The studio is welcoming and the employees are kind and professional. They let you customize the type of massage you want when you walk in (i.e. light or deep pressure, lotion/oil/nothing, etc.). Not sure if that’s normal but it was nice. To note- they offer aromatherapy as an add on to the massage and it’s not worth it. $20 for a scent that goes away after a few minutes smh. But that’s my only complaint! Love this place and would highly recommend it to a friend or any St Augustine tourist.
