Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCirrus completely burnt and destroyed my hair. I spoke to another stylist the day after getting my hair done and he said I should get a refund and that my hair was destroyed. I paid $700 and specifically asked her to keep my virgin hair intact and just add minimal highlights to blend with the bottom. I had very long hair and top half was virgin hair. She cut off way more than she said, bleached my hair like crazy, and then recolored on top of the bleach. My hair is uneven and jagged and shorter now and the new stylist just scheduled me for an emergency conditioning treatment tomorrow morning two hours before his salon even opens because my hair is that bad. I told cirrus this and she is calling me crazy and insane and saying she doesn’t give refunds. Cirrus completely burnt and destroyed my hair. I spoke to another stylist the day after getting my hair done and he said I should get a refund and that my hair was destroyed. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a client of Cirrus for 7 years now , She is the sweetest most caring about the health over color approach, She is the best at blondes she saved my hair before my wedding disaster, when my colorist had a n off day and changes the color.I love the way the hair grows out. I would always have stripes and roots weeks after. I can go 6 months between sessions now and saves me so much money not going every 3 months. Worth every fricken penny. Hand down the best colorist I ever had and I am super picky. She is upfront on the cost and time its takes to get to you color. I know have all my co workers going to her.Only down fall is parking is SF. I prefer to drive to east bay location now because its has parking. She books out so far ahead. If you have to cancel its hard getting back in.
