What is Salt Therapy (Halotherapy)?- Salt Therapy benefits adults, children, athletes and even animals. Salt Therapy is very beneficial for overall wellness. It has been found to relieve a variety of respiratory conditions such as, allergies, asthma, bronchitis, COPD, cystic fibrosis and more. Salt Therapy is also great for skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, and others. We are exposed on a daily basis to allergens, airborne diseases, bacteria, pollutants, and other irritants. Salt Therapy is a great way to detox and cleanse the lungs.

Stopped in and was blown away with the beautiful, serene setting! I was so lucky I was able to get a massage right then. I had Ciara do the massage and it was one of the best relaxing massages I have ever had! I will definitely be back. Sophia the receptionist was a sweetheart too. She was so bubbly and welcoming! So happy they decided to choose North Port for their location.

This place is amazing!! I had my 1st salt therapy session and felt so relaxed when I left! I can’t wait to go back for another session! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They also have a nice little gift shop there. The spa is so clean and smells great. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience.

What a wonderful, unique surprise. As you first walk in the front door it’s so welcoming. They have a number of services they offer. Salt therapy, massages, facials, and several of the services. They also have a small boutique with clothing, essential oils, jewelry and other unique gifts. Definitely recommend stopping in, very friendly and welcoming staff.

I’ve never tried a salt booth/room before until now, and I’m obsessed!! It has made me feel tremendously better. Can’t forget how amazing the staff team is, they make you feel welcome and heard each time you visit. Such sweet people and lovely atmosphere.

I had a great experience yesterday at Salt and light. The staff is very friendly and the spa is beautiful. I had a salty massage and zen facial. Bot technicians were excellent and skilled at there profession. The products are great. I will deff be going back.
