The high heat is so relaxing. You get to choose your light settings and music if you’d like ..or no music! It’s completely customizable. The space is so clean and comfortable The owners are so knowledgeable and helpful! I was even told I could bring my 3yo son in my session with me which is helpful as a work from home mom. Can’t beat the price either! Def recommend!

I absolutely love everything about this place! I love the combination of the salt therapy and infrared heat. The 40 minute session is perfect and you can adjust the temperature. This really helped with my sinus issues! The spa music and essential oils make it so relaxing as well. The owners are really genuine and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
