Got a brand new style from a brand new (for me) stylist, Katy. She was like Richard Scissor Hand. Thought I’d faint watching my hair flying in every direction. When she was done, my hair was transformed into the best haircut I’ve had in 40 years! Totally different from any of my expectations, and beautiful. The proof came as soon as I got home. A neighbor came to say hi, and immediately said my hair looked GREAT, and asked about it.

I went to this salon every 6 weeks for over 6 months. The stylist, Katie, was fine and did a decent job. I always made my appointments far in advance. However, almost every time I had an appointment, I got a call or text at the last minute asking me to change the time. Even though doing so caused me major inconvenience, I complied. I had an appointment scheduled yesterday, and got a call asking me to change the time AGAIN. When I told the lady that I was unable to comply that day, she became very rude and gave me a foul attitude. When I commented on all the time changes, she rudely said she was accommodating the stylist. Maybe this salon should try accommodating their clients on occasion. I deserve better and will NEVER go there again!

After recently moving to the area and not having a stylist here (…and girls…we all know that can be a major anxiety trigger situation lol), I was referred to Salt by a good friend who has always has fabulous hair. When I first called to set up an appointment they were booked for weeks (I had been warned) but that does not deter me and instead find it to be a fairly good indication of a quality salon.

7/19/21: Last week I got tired of having green hair, so I made the mistake of bleaching it at home (DON’T do this). My hair didn’t get damaged by the bleach but I looked like a sprite can lol. The next day I called Salt to see if they could fix it and they got me in with Sybil a couple days later. Sybil did a great job of removing the green and bringing me to a blonde. I then decided I wanted to go purple, so we scheduled an appointment for me to come back. Katie worked on my hair and gave me the most beautiful, bright purple I could imagine. It’s perfect!!!! I love it. Huge shout-out to everyone at Salt for helping fix my mistake! I will always come back to Salt and I recommend them to anyone. I’ve added a picture of my beautiful purple hair and the in-between blonde. 5*

I was today in the salon. Clean and comfortable, good place. The master was pleasant. I got a haircut shorter than I wanted, but it turned out not bad, I think in a month they will grow up and it will be exactly what I wanted.
