Isabella took the time to work with me to figure out what I wanted with my hair and talked me through the entire process. She explained everything to me before and while she was doing it & I am in love with how my hair turned out. I’ve been seeing the same stylist for years back at home and was really nervous to try someone new but really glad I did. I’m somewhat new to the area and in need of a new salon. I am so glad I found Salt Hair in Wake Forest! Isabella took the time to work with me to figure out what I wanted with my hair and talked me through the entire process. She explained everything to me before and while she was doing it & I am in love with how my hair turned out. I met with Isabella for the first time today for a haircut. Not only did she listen to the style I was looking for but also actively talked through my hair texture, style, and maintenance needs. I felt heard and extremely comfortable the entire time. She makes you feel at ease immediately. Isabella has given me two beautiful balayage ombré services, and both have turned out absolutely gorgeous. I also love that I can trust her with hair cuts- I have trauma from other stylists cutting my hair too short- but Isabella cuts it perfect every time. I’m so happy I decided on this salon.The salon itself is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and just a super cool atmosphere. The stylists all seem positive and I love how they celebrate each other’s work.I’m always looking forward to my next visit. Elli and her entire staff provide superior customer service and amazing communication and response! They fit my daughter in on an emergency last minute situation and we were both extremely blown away at how accommodating and truly wonderful they were with her! The took the time to find out what she wanted and were so welcoming and kind and made her feel right at home! Kaleigh worked her blonding magic and my daughter’s hair looked absolutely gorgeous! I didn’t think that was possible but Elli’s expertise, advice, insight and recommendations has resulted in my dream hair. ✨As you can see from pics below, my natural hair color is super dark, my blonde was brassy…plus I like to be really blonde and I have a lot of grays and coarse hair. I am suuuuppppper picky and Elli and Salt-hair (the chair to wash your hair is like a bed! and you get a scalp massage!) exceeded ALL of my expectations! Every experience has been exceptional. I am SUPER picky about my hair and also not always the best at explaining what I want. Ellie is great about asking questions and providing cautions-like if we do this…then that…is that what you want? She translated it all into beautiful hair. It is the first time I haven’t had to go back to a stylist and ask for a correction since I moved to Raleigh 5 years ago.
