I treated 5 girlfriends to a 90 minute salt cave experience with reflexology and it was amazing. I almost don’t want to tell everyone how fabulous it was for fear of it getting too popular I won’t be able to schedule an appointment! The room is truly magical and healing. As soon as I settled in I felt more calm and loved marveling at all the salt and twinkle lights in the ceiling. My gal pals were just as delighted and it was such a beautiful way to celebrate a friend’s birthday with self-care. Very grateful for the experience and excited to return!

The Salt Cave is going to be my new local oasis/ retreat. I have gone to 2 different events/classes here in the past couple of months. Each was fantastic on all levels- quality of the instructor, good energy of the owner/staff as well as the chance the meet great people, the other attendees. And the salt room itself is lovely and so peaceful. I’ll be back to enjoy the room itself on a night with no event. I would give The Salt Cave 6 stars if I could!!
