The best salon I’ve been too. So clean and quiet and the women who work here are nice. I always go to Tina but had my nails done by Holly once when Tina was out. They are always willing to try the designs I ask for instead of telling me no like other salons I’ve been to. They are great at customer service and making you feel welcome. I had an appointment for 6:20 once but they were behind so they weren’t ready for me when I came in. But they closed at 7pm, so as soon as they could the two techs who were left both did my nails together to make sure I didn’t have to come back another time. However, some of the techs do rip off old acrylics instead of soaking them off unless you ask them to, which is so painful and not good for your nails. That’s the only downside.

Hands down my favorite salon in Washington. They are always polite, take their time pampering you, and my nail tech, Lisa, helped me pick out matching colors when I showed her a reference picture for the nails I wanted. I wanted a bit of a unique design, but she was totally down to do it for me. I left with a gorgeous set of gel nails, that still haven’t chipped at all about a week and a half later.

First time trying Salonspa and let me tell you I’ll never go again. I was so excited to get my haircut today and ended up so disappointed. I came in wanting my hair trimmed above my shoulders but about an two inches below my chin. It’s cut to my chin… way shorter than I wanted. She then proceeded to blow dry it and curl it under (even though I specifically told her I didn’t need it dried or styled) AND then charged me for it. I could have gotten over all of that because it’s hair it will grow to the length I want and I can straighten it but when I did straighten it I saw that the “thinning” she did at the ends is completely choppy. Half of my head looks normal while the other half is all chopped up and uneven. It looks terrible. I normally never leave bad reviews but I ended up sobbing when I saw what had been done to my hair. I’ll have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Beware if you plan on getting your haircut here.

This place is great. The beauticians are so sweet. I love that I’m able to schedule me and my daughter for pedicures even when they seem full. They do a great job scrubbing and massaging those legs and feet! Prices are very reasonable and the facilities are neat and clean. I do wish that they would make sure to keep their website pricing and their actual price saying the same, but inflation happens, and not everyonekeeps their webistes up to date. Regardless I will keep coming back here. You can’t beat the kind, quality and service.

I visited here the other day for a pedicure with my mom. It was alright, but there was a communication barrier which was hard, seeing as she didnt understand what i wanted. I was also a little nervous seeing them use illegal foot files aka “cheese grater” foot files. So I wasn’t too thrilled about that. Also the gel pedicure was done wrong. Typically you want to have the nails cleaned and painted before foot soak and exfoliation.. I’m a licensed Esthetician so I know the protocol for gel pedicures. I don’t think I’ll be returning again and don’t plan on recommending this place to anyone else.

The place and ppl were awesome, couple of them need to slow down or do some more training. This is called a Dip. They are too straight, have indents on the tops of my nails where none of the dip ended up. I was expecting white tip for my French nail tips, but they dipped my nails in a white powder they didn’t even cover the tip of them evenly, for what was paid and a tip. Should have received better quality

Additionally, I requested oval shaped nails, however, they blunted them down to flat short blobs which is too bad because I spent a few weeks growing them out for this appointment. Although the salon was not very busy, they made me get the pedicure and manicure at the same time. The seat was in the corner so I had two technicians crowded around me. There was dip powder left behind under my nails which sealed the skin to my nails until I picked it out at home. Additionally, I requested oval shaped nails, however, they blunted them down to flat short blobs which is too bad because I spent a few weeks growing them out for this appointment. Me and my sister both got citrus pedicures and I had an acrylic fill and she gets the dip powder. Everyone was amazing and especially a big thanks to Tina for the flower design! Exactly what I wanted!

I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened. I knew the first owner. They did a fantastic job on my nails-dip ombre and polygel when they had it. I love the citrus pedicure. It’s my absolute favorite.
