Had to take to Professionals to even up wigs.. One wigs Student decided to change the style without my permission. She cut this wig to where you tighten up wig. You hold your head down alittle you can see this. Veronica called Ms.(V)- name Veronica treated the Student’s all races of Student’s and talked to them badly. She even talked to me the same way as a Customer. How good she was, she was a Professional and it would cost me. A. Penn and Latoya Smith standing there not saying a word. Tried to say she did all my wigs. She did one a April wig thin with scissors then just ripped out the hair from the wig.Vista is not the only School or Beauty School in Longview Texas. She even talked to me a Customer the same as she does the Student’s. That Tuesday it was a Student went to Latoya Smith Director over Beauty School. I was sitting waiting to be called back. The student had clocked out quitting the school because of Veronica & A. Penn the way she was being treated. The Director Mike Driskilla think that is how you spell his last name. Talked to me one time very nice he was going to get to the bottom of it. That Saturday the student did a excellent job. Why I went back that Tuesday and bought the rest to be thinned down to fit my face and not be so thick. So wig would look natural. Log story in short Director Mike Driskilla didn’t return my calls left me messages they would give me $20 and not to come back to that campus for hair service. I am sure the school is not much better. Reps that answered the phone said he left a message he was too busy to talk to me. He said when we talked he would make it right. He lied to me in my face and on the phone. I spent $100 $25 each time to the Student cause A. Penn told me to give Student a tip. Each time. Plus $50 charge for Service. Mike said $20 the school is a joke. Please anyone reading this review go to another Beauty School and College for as getting a Job i really thing what I saw how I was treated as a Customer you want get a job. We have plenty of College’s and Beauty Schools in Longview to Jeopardize Your Future.
