Annette Keller at JC salon is absolutely amazing! Only a few months after I switched over to her for hi-lights I started to notice how much healthier my hair had gotten! She always does exactly what I ask for so I never have to worry. My blonde hair grows out better than it ever has yet still looks bright and beautiful! This is a fancy building filled with tiny salons. It was surprising to see closet-like spaces with a hair dresser and customer happily chatting away while getting their hair done. I like that you can choose a salon that’s good for your taste and get to know the owner. No specific recommendation, but if you can’t find what you’re looking for, this is the place to go.
