Critical: ProfessionalismThis review is for Juanita’s hair salon inside salon by JC.I could give her zero stars if yelp allowed. I have had my hair done with her 3 times in the past. ok nothing extra ordinary and did not call for a negative or positive review. But what she did to me last weekend was the uktimate nail in the coffin. Rude, unapologetic and unprofessional and someone who not honor her clientele or appointments. I had booked an appointment for hair styling for my special event on Saturday at 9. The day before i asked if she could do a particular style. She calked snd was very ryde and saud she could not and try a different stylist. I said ok let me try and find but did not ask her to cancel the current appointment. I was running errands for the event thinking everything was set for my hair . She calks me at 5:15 pm just to say she cancelled the appointment snd gave it to someone else. Her reasoning – ‘because you did not call i gave it to someone else’.wow!! If you had the audacity to call me just to derive sadistic pleasure to say you cancelled, was ‘t it your responsibility to just easily call me to check if i want to cancel?!!!. I was appalled. She saud go to someone else. That was her response. At 5:15 where would i find another haurstylist for an event in the morning. fir thus kevrl of unorofessionslism i could sue her. She ruined my plans for my own event. I have had my hair done with her 3 times in the past. ok nothing extra ordinary and did not call for a negative or positive review.
