Arrived no one was at the desk to greet me or let me know where to go. I found the room I was looking for 16 and the barber that was suppose to cut my hair had someone in his chair for over an hour and my appointment was canceled due to me not arriving. I was 10 mins early and waited 45mins and the barber was still cutting someone’s hair. Will never use this service again.
