Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlease donot come here to see a lady named Shay! I came all the way from lawrenceville for balayage. She told me it would be $100-$150 extra which she didnt mention before.I have used groupon before and I understand it could be extra but not $100-$150 extra for hair being a little past shoulder !! She was extremely unprofessional and rude because my hair looked thicker. Then she wanted to tell me the henna in my hair will never wash out and it has in the past when I did highlights before!! She had another client scheduled for just 2 and half hours after my service and I have never had that experience before where a hair dressor just schedules hair highlights back to back like that!! Will never use her! Wasted my time and drive! Please be aware of $100-$200 charges extra on top of the groupon price. She advertises $55 groupon price for balayage to get customers! Very nice location and the owner Dave is really friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. I’d highly recommend this salon suite to anyone looking to rent a unique, clean space. The grounds are well kept and the decor is beautiful. They have many salon suite options and I love what some of the tenants have done with their spaces. They have flexible suite options and it’s a friendly environment.
