I’m sure there’s wonderful services here provided by professionals but do yourself a favor and do not book with Fanchon. She ruined my hair right before a wedding! She said she couldn’t fit me in to fix it for 2 weeks then still never contacted me back to fix it. She wouldn’t even reimburse for her awful color job. I was supposed to have a touch up on my baylage and have my blonde brought up. Instead I had the same blonde on the bottom but now with Orange roots. Pic of orange roots added.
