Critical: ProfessionalismShowed up at 1845 seeing they closed at 1900 i asked a woman sitting in the entrance if someone could cut my hair real quick. She responded she couldn’t it was too close to closing. But maybe someone else would. I walked around one gentleman said he wouldn’t all appointments for him another gentleman said he was booked up and it was late. The nail tech Kevin Dao is someone to avoid. His nails are nice but he himself is very unprofessional . He canceled the appt last min while I was omw. Drove 45 min out. Didn’t care at all. Told me to reschedule. He doesn’t deserve anybodies money if it’s coming with an attitude.

My former stylist did a real funky layering on my hair that left me with a thick chin length layer and then thin layers below that…and would not fix it….Fortunately, a few months prior I met a lady with long, layered, curly hair like mine, asked her who her stylist was and kept it the info. I called Monica at JC’s, got an appointment for the next day. She worked a beautiful miracle for me! I recommend her without reservation. Her husband works with her and gives the best hair washing. They are kind people and care about YOU being happy with your haircut.

Very different from what I’ve experienced before going to a beauty shop… I like that there’s many different business owners in one location from nails, hair even massages! Also, the business owners seem to work together even though they’re separate businesses. Chi’Hair Salon was a great experience and Felicia tamed my natural hair!!! She’s liked by many people there.

I have a specific barber that I come here to see (Sergio Mata) which owns Remarkable Fades. He is a great well known barber, but as for JC Salons, they have upgraded there appearance a lot in over a year. They recently removed the old carpet and put in wood flooring and even painted the inside to feel more welcoming. If you want to rent out a spot here I would totally recommend and if you just wanted to check out a hair stylist, barber, or even someone that braids hair, the receptionist at the front is more than willing to help you out, just ask!
