I had my eyelashes done twice here by Alli in suite 20. The first time I had them done, they fell out pretty quickly, and I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I had different eyelashes on from somewhere else. I let her know this when I came in the second time, she didn’t have much to say about it other than that was weird and I agreed. I chose to give it a second go, but the second time around, same thing happened. I then went somewhere else because I was not happy paying $50 for something that wasn’t lasting when I normally would go 3 weeks between fills and it had only been a week and a half. The person I went to after her had to put a whole new set on me. When I told Alli I was having issues, she offered no real solution, just said sorry and went on about her day. Now, this is not even the biggest part that I took issue with. I was referred to her by a coworker, and when I got there she was not speaking very kindly of my coworker and I recently found out that she also spoke poorly of me to my coworker. All in all, I didn’t have a great service experience with her, nor do I find her to be professional. Causing drama between two coworkers, when she was the one speaking badly about us is unacceptable and I would suggest that you don’t see her.

I saw Hannah at Your Day Spa. She was wonderful!! She was my first full facial and I loved her attention to my skin. It wasn’t a generic process that she used on everyone. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. It was so long as well! Definitely worth the money as she really is invested in making it a great experience. She also didn’t try to sell me products at the end; however, she did respond to my inquiries and provide samples.

I finally found my hair stylist! I can not even tell you. Mekayla did amazing wonders with my hair, she cut it exactly how I like it (and I’m particular because I went to cosmetology school) and I didn’t even have to try and tell her because she spent lots of time talking with me and asking me questions to make sure she knew what I liked and so she could help me find an amazing look. She is very creative and had a very good eye for what style and color would be best for you, and she takes classes to keep up with changing trends. To top it off, she has a super sweet personality and I did not feel rushed at all, I felt so pampered and relaxed when she was done, like a million bucks!! I would recommend her to anyone!

Jessica Zumberge has done my hair on multiple occasions. She fixed someone’s botched lightening to a lovely balayage. She is very professional, and always knows the best route for my difficult procedures. I love her mannerisms in that she is so honest, cordial, detail-oriented, and warm. I tried looking into other salons once I moved 23 miles away, but do not trust anyone else.
