Critical: ProfessionalismUnprofessional and Unqualified: I called Katie in Suite 4 and asked her if she was accepting new clients. She said yes so, I told her I was looking for 2 color highlights and a cut. She booked me 3 weeks out and gave me her Instagram so I could view her work. The photos were beautiful with multi colors (some rainbow) on her client’s hair. I had no doubt, that because of these photos, she was qualified to do my hair. The day before my appointment I called her and left a message to confirm my appointment the next day. When I got there, she had booked another person in my spot and told me that she didn’t feel confident doing my hair. Unprofessional and Unqualified: I called Katie in Suite 4 and asked her if she was accepting new clients. She said yes so, I told her I was looking for 2 color highlights and a cut.
