This was a terrible experience! First I was taken back to a pedicure chair and left, after 20 minutes I flagged someone down to put water in the bowl. I saw the same happen to others. I waited over an hour to start. The technician was clearly rushed as the shop was busy. She cut down the side of my big toe so aggressively that it was bleeding. I told her it hurt then she put some liquid on it to stop the bleeding which really hurt and I told her. On my other big toe she cut down both sides. Makeing both bleed. I told her she was hurting me. Then she only applied one layer of color which wasn’t enough. She left me in the chair and never came back. I had to ask someone else if I was dry. Now it’s 2 days later and my toes continue to bleed and throb. Such a bad experience and I’m sure they are going to grow back ingrown! I really wish I had left!

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called at 2pm on Thursday and asked if we could show up at 6pm without being a burden. He said sure. Friend and I went there and got there early. He was 15 minutes late for our appointment cause he was working on other people. Made my friend sit on the other side of the room for her first half and then let us sit together at the polish stages. Used already used files on me. There’s acrylic all over underneath my nails. There was some on my skin also. He nicked me a few times with the drill. The shapes are inconsistent and a few nails look ~a week grown out already on Saturday. The gel already chipped on one nail and I’m not sure how. I’m not rough with my acrylics ever. I chose black but when outside in the light they look navy. He didn’t paint the sides well. Also failed to mention we couldn’t get ombré or designs because we showed up late. We understand but that still should have been communicated. Pros.. did a good job on the prep and gel polish for my pedi. Friendly workers. Cons… I was a walk in so they took me right away but I had to sit quite a while. The water was very hot and asked twice to cool off. A little rushed with the pedi which I have noticed happen before. I get it they want to help everyone because money is short. Also was disappointed they pointed me to the cash machine when I pulled out my card saying cash was better. Made me feel obligated to us it. This costs me a fee to use and I don’t like that. But again I know cards cost them money too. If they got a credit union no fee machine it would be better.

They promptly greeted and accepted three of us at 5:30 p.m. and they closed at 7p.m. in a walk in bases for pedicures. And one of my daughters also got her nails done. And our total was just over $100. Quite reasonable for the services rendered. They are currently practicing social distancing requirements. As you’ll notice chairs are marked off. And everyone is wearing gloves and the water and attachments are all covered with plastic coverings. They were fast and friendly. And conveniently located in downtown Ferndale off of main street.

I asked for a new set they pretty much ripped off my old nails instead of soaking them and this was the result. A day later I had a cracked a nail and they charged me to fix it. Next day that same nail cracked again. At this point I am never going back!! Worse experience!!

They’re really nice and friendly people, but 4 hours later my nails are all hurting really bad… My manicure was rushed and very rough, one finger was bleeding a little. It’s a bit crooked and messy. This is how one hand looks now, 4 hours after it was done there’s still some redness above my nails.

Got a gel fill and pedicure. Very relaxing experience, environment is super friendly and well-kept and my nail tech paid very close attention to detail, which is ALWAYS appreciated. They have a wonderful selection of colors too and prices were fair. Would definitely like to get a fill here again!
