Every time I come in, she is so nice and always listens to all my ideas and we figure out what will realistically work with my hair. I always leave with healthier hair than I come in with, and exactly what I want. She really knows her stuff and is super affordable. I recommend her to everyone!

Great salon! You walk in and it’s open, relaxing and decorated so cute. All the stylists are knowledgeable and do great work. I loved the beverage options and hot neck wrap while getting my color. The stylist recommended what I needed for my hair to achieve my styling needs. I highly recommend the stylists at Salone Natalia.

I booked and appointment with Ericka after my long term hair stylist moved out of state and my hair hadn’t been touched in 6 months. Ericka was on time, professional, and I also had great conversation with her. She listened to what I wanted and also gave some great suggestions. Ultimately, I loved my hair cut and my experience with her. I was scared to try someone new after 8 years but she was did a fabulous job and I will be seeing her again!

I’ve been going here since my hairdresser decided to work closer to home and I have to say I went originally for Tara, but the other women I’ve meet there are extremely nice and do amazing work. The layout is really nice and spacious. I have been away at college but still make drive that ends up being around an hour and a half drive up and back (3 hours in total) just because I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done.

Salone Natalia is a great salon. The facility itself is warm and inviting. Location is easy to get to. My kids and I reconnected with Tara a couple years ago and we just love her. She takes the time to listen to what her clients want. Works to get you to your desired result. Tara works you into her schedule, even if sometimes it is a last minute appointment!

Came in for a haircut initially and was happy with the result, so I scheduled, and paid (and tipped) ahead of time for an appointment to get my hair lightened and colored with the same stylist, Carolyn. I was told that if I had to come in for a second color session, it would cost an additional $40, and I agreed. I came in for one very long appointment, and am very unhappy with the results. For one, my hair was nearly melted during the lightening process, wherein Carolyn scrubbed the lightening agent in rather hard, and the color in the end came out nothing like what I asked for, not to mention the bits that aren’t colored at all. I went to another salon and was quoted $95 to fix both the color and my hair. I was told that my hair is barely not melted, and that either the color on the top was not left to develop long enough, or was mixed wrong, resulting in brown rather than the black/purple it was meant to be. To add insult to injury, at the end of my one (granted, very long) appointment, I was asked for an additional $40. I told Carolyn that I got paid sometime the next day and would bring it before she left for the day, and awoke at 10:30 the next morning to a message asking when I’d be by with the money. I did pay, but I am incredibly unhappy with the whole experience.
