Had an appointment with Sonya yesterday and am over the moon thrilled with my hair! I’ve been coloring my hair dark for 30 years and wanted to make a huge change to blonde to help blend all my natural gray. I was a little scared but she talked me through it, and we came up with a plan together. The outcome is GORGEOUS, and I’ve already had so many compliments! She picked the exact shade I needed. I love it so much, I’ve decided to stick with the blonde for awhile and put off going completely gray for the time being. Afton, even did my lips and eyebrows to show me how to rock the new color. Thank you Sonya and everyone at Salone Brigata for an amazing day of pampering and easing my nervousness. You have my business forever!

Critical: ProfessionalismI LOVED my stylist and she has moved locations. I wasn’t aware of that and the salon called to “reschedule” my current booking with no reason why and then it took me calling 2 times to get rebooked correctly and then come to find out it’s because my girl left. They never told me i wasn’t going to be with the same girl and were i feel evasive about the whole thing. I only found out because my mom had her appointment rescheduled and must have asked about our stylist. Don’t worry i found where she went and booked there. It’s not right to not tell your clients your current stylist moved so we are going to shady about changing your appointment. I am so happy to have found this salon! It is a beautiful place with excellent hairdressers. Mary and Afton are simply amazing and have done wonders with my curly hair. I leave the salon with beautiful hair. Aveda products are used which are amazing. Although I have not been a client for all hairdressers I feel very confident that their skills are equally amazing

I came in with fried damaged hair. They took their time and rejuvenated my hair with excellent products and expertise. My finance also gets his haircut here. Great attention to detail. The atmosphere is relaxing and decor is very elegant. Great spot in Edmond.

This was probably one of the worst hair cutting and styling experiences of my life. Two hours long of a simple haircut and wash. I definitely will not be going back here and would 100% take Supercuts over this. I should have demanded a discount but a) the lady who cut my hair checked me out b) I did NOT want to be there any longer c) if I got up and left my hair would have definitely been uneven. Haircut was not worth 50 dollars. Please fix this mess and please if you want your hair cut GO ELSEWHERE. I would definitely take a refund if you guys don’t mind. Thanks.

This is my first time ever writing a review. I left in tears feeling verbally attacked by the master stylist and have to say this was by far the most unprofessional experience of my life. And she refused to even tell me her name! I would never spend another dollar here. It was so bad I had to contact Aveda to file a report.
