I look forward to my appointments with Diamonique! With her, my hair is the BEST it has ever looked with any stylist I’ve had in the past. She cares deeply about your hair and how you feel about your hair. She’s genuine and persistent with achieving the look you ask for. I finally feel like I have a true, dedicated stylist for my hair. I get compliments and I’m enjoying a major confidence boost with how she’s helped me get the look I want. Jackie is professional, talented, and patient. As someone who came in to get hair color for the first time, she did a great job explaining the services when setting up our appointment. When I finally arrived for the hair color appointment, I noticed that she had a good habit of telling me exactly what she was about to do before she did it. Whether she did that because I was new or not is irrelevant – it made me feel less clueless and more at ease. I left satisfied with her work and will definitely come back to her as my primary hairstylist in the future.

I love visiting Salon 718 because of their excellent customer service. Juan is AMAZING! He is a great stylist, a professional that truly listens to what you want while sharing knowledge on what would work for you. He offers tips and tricks to bring out your curls and offers ideas on how to switch it up. Sitting in his chair is quite the treat! He is also great with kids’ haircuts… As a mamá of curly haired girls, I am happy to have found someone that has such positive energy and patience to bring out our best curls!

I usually don’t write reviews but I wanted to let them know how great of a job Jennifer did and how nice of an experience everything was. At first I was a bit nervous about going to a salon for the first time since I usually go to barbers but the staff made me feel very welcome and took care of me right away. Diamond is stellar. Its hard to find time for myself in my new life as a parent & if I only have one hour to spare, I would always choose to get my hair washed, massaged and blown dry by Diamond. I usually get get the peppermint treatment & I had the scalp treatment for the first time today. I always feel revived and my body feels mended once I step foot out of salon 718. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS SALON! I came here needing a haircut that day and they accommodated me so easily. I was matched with Juan and when I tell you he made me feel so beautiful before making my hair look even MORE beautiful! I was nervous coming in because I don’t know anything about hair at all—I haven’t visited a salon in 5+ years (yikes). However, Juan was so sweet to answer all my questions and even did extra styling to my hair because he wanted me to feel special and pampered.
