I went in for balayage. I explained to Erin what I wanted and details on what had been done to my hair back in September. She suggested putting the brown color I wanted throughout and not at the roots down since she wasn’t sure of the outcome. I left it in her hands because she is the professional. The process was started and when done she blow dried and straightened my hair. The top of my hair looked good but when I got home and decided to curl it I noticed all these splotchy and inconsistent chunks of hair. There was also a ton of orange throughout. I messaged her what was going on she said to go back in to have her tone my hair. I went back in a few days later to have her “fix” it and that was not the case my hair is still splotchy and all sorts of colors. If there were things she couldn’t accomplish or knew I would need more than one visit I would have liked to know that upfront. I asked for some sort of refund so that I can have it fixed and told me she could not honor my request. So here I am with my hair looking like this, money lost and having to spend more money to have it fixed.

My beautician ShaBonnie is everything. Once again my hair looks fantastic and she never disappoints. Me and my girls are fortunate to have her styling our hair for over 4 years now, switching from long hair to short, relaxed and natural. She does it all to perfection. I refer her to all my friends or whenever someone is complimenting my hair which is very frequently. Absolutely WOULD NOT trade her in for anyone else!!! Yessssss she slays :-)… Thanks Bonnie

Beyond upset, I’ve been crying for days, Ann Collins gave me a perm so tight I have ringlets on my head, what I wanted was a loose wavy curl, even showed her picture and told her how easily my hair took to perms, it’s like she paid zero attention to me and used small rods…my hair looks ridiculous..never again!!!
