First time giving a try to this place and had my hair done by CARMEM! I loved it! She work on my hair definitely as she knew what she was doing, so I was very confident letting hair do her job! Will be back for sure! ( after months, maybe a year trying to have my hair done by other professional ) without success. Well!!!! Now I found CARMEM! But I think both ladies that work there are great! I kept myself looking the other lady working on other lady’s hair and she did great job also!

I went here for my first haircut “post”pandemic (it’s still going on, but, you know). I really like how they handle everything in terms of safety and cleanliness. They’re very thoughtful, only taking one client in the building per stylist, having you text them when you’re there, having you wash your hands when you enter the building, and disinfecting everything after use. The haircut itself was also great. I basically told Meg to do whatever would look good and get rid of the dead ends, and she did a stellar job! It was a great experience overall, and I’m definitely going to go back. I already recommended Salon413 to my SO, who also got a haircut and loved it.

Critical: ProfessionalismI called the salon to see if they could fit me in for color cut and blow dry the lady Michelle told me the only opening they had was with a new employee that just got out of school I was hesitant with that information but she assured me that they would be right there supervising her at all time and that they would will make sure I left happy. That was surly not the case after the new employee died my hair I explained to her the hair color was way off they tried to justify my hair coming out the way it did due to my previous color so then Michelle and the manager took over and fixed my hair the best they knew how at this point I was there for 5 1/2 hour when my style should of only been 2 hours max which I understand the lady was new but in trying to fix my hair they where very Unprofessional upset because they had to fix it and changed me an outrageous about for the hair color I did not want in the first place and the service I got. Please think twice before going to salon 413 they don’t know what they are doing and they are extremely unprofessional. I called the salon to see if they could fit me in for color cut and blow dry the lady Michelle told me the only opening they had was with a new employee that just got out of school I was hesitant with that information but she assured me that they would be right there supervising her at all time and that they would will make sure I left happy. Awesome salon! I had my hair cut by Stacy and she did an excellent job, she listen to what I wanted, and instinctively knew just what to do. The salon has a very relaxing atmosphere which felt very welcoming and familiar at the same time! I highly recommend the salon and they’ve definitely made a customer out of me!

This was my first time visiting here, I moved to the area recently and just googled hair cuts near me. I loved the Salon, loved my hair, and loved Carly, the stylist. It was easy to book an appointment. It was affordable. I didn’t have to wait at all. Everything was very clean and it was a nice enviroment. She was very friendly and really listened to what I was looking for with my hair. Overall, great experience!
