I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and would always come at open to avoid any lines. Two weeks ago I came, and I was the first one in line. However, they let someone ahead of me because they had an appointment. I voiced my frustration to the barber and she said to make an appointment to avoid any of that. Ok…. So I made an appointment for today.. show up on time ….and I get told that there’s two people ahead of me… are you serious? I’m never coming back.
