I’ve been going here for 4 years. I see Jennifer, the owner, each time. If you love expertise, ease of scheduling and consistent high quality service, Salon211 is the place to be. Don’t let the quant atmosphere deter you. This is a gem of a place! Jennifer is 100% an expert in the field and her cuts and knowledge show it all. I go once a year, she’s so supportive and educational. It’s always a pleasure to see her!

I took a chance and booked an appointment based on excellent reviews. I’m so glad I did! Mike did an excellent job. I have long thick hair. He listened to what I wanted for my haircut and executed it masterfully! He went above and beyond with a beautiful blowout too. I highly recommend!! Update: I’ve been back three more times and have yet to be disappointed. I e referred a couple of friends and will continue to do so.

I went here in desperate need for a haircut with only reviews from google as my guide. I am glad I made the right decision. Mike was very attentive, from washing my hair to cutting it and blow dry it. Although the salon is quite small, it’s very cozy. The songs playing were nice. It’s very comfortable.

I am writing this review because Salon2eleven is probably the best salon I have ever dealt with. My daughter went to another local salon asking for highlights to her already blond hair, and left with black, grey and purple hair. She was devastated and ran out of there at a complete loss! She went to the nearest salon which was salon2eleven, to ask if they know how to fix it and every staff member came over to help her!!!! These are the most caring people, I cannot thank them enough!!!! They told her they could fix it and to come back when they had an opening at 3. She went back, they completely transformed her hair!!!! It is a beautiful blond, better than it has ever looked! It was truly a miracle what they performed and they treated her so sweet. Thank you so much!! Anyone in Chapel Hill that wants an amazing salon, I would suggest going to Salon2eleven, you will be treated with respect and leave with gorgeous hair! THANK YOU!

She also gave me an amazing haircut positioning the layers in just the right places. Positive: QualityI usually hate when I have short hair but always cut it short because it is insanely thick and difficult to maintain. Mike colored and cut my hair short and I absolutely love it for once. He did not rush as other stylists have in the past but was patient and meticulous when applying color and it came out beautiful with great dimension. He was also extremely accommodating with booking my appointment (that I changed like 3 times because of my crazy work schedule). The other stylists were very kind and welcoming as well.
