I just had my first visit at Salon 20 West and it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the salon was cute and clean! With naturally crazy curly hair, I always get nervous when trying out a new stylist but Ashley did an amazing job with my haircut and was very easy to talk to. I will definitely be back again!

Brooke is amazing! I recently found Brooke after going to another salon for 10 years dealing with damaged, over processed hair, bad techniques that didn’t get the results I wanted. I showed Brooke what I wanted to achieve and wouldn’t you know she nailed it the first time resulting in beautiful soft hair and no bleach lines…..Brooke’s my gal from this point forward. She’s a hair genius 🙂

Salon 20 West is by far the best in Oakland County. Professional service, great atmosphere, clean and a reasonable price. I have paid triple what Salon 20 West charges to salons in Rochester and Lake Orion for the same services… and honestly I liked my hair & got more complements when Brooke, the Owner of Salon 20 West did my highlights, color & cut versus any other Salons Ive been to.. Highly recommend!

I love going here and ashley is my go to girl because I love getting my hair cut with a razor but the past few times I’ve tried to make an appointment the phones were down. Very disappointed. I really wanted to just get a bang trim before I had my baby but I guess I’ll try again later.
