I have naturally brown hair and have been doing an icy balayage for quite some time now. I booked an appointment with Justin, and explained that wanted stay icy and needed a touch up. When I left my hair was more of a brown the blond and no color melt was done for the roots and hair wasn’t styled. When I reached out about the color not being what I requested Justin told me that he doesn’t really do that kind of style. I’m not sure why he agreed to do a style he wasn’t comfortable with, and It really didn’t turn out anywhere near what was requested. The salon was super cute but I won’t be returning.

I went to Justin for a caramel balayage which he says is no problem on my black hair. He didn’t put much color and it came out a chocolate not caramel. He didn’t style it when he was done and I had to pay $250. When I tell him I wanted it lighter and with more color within, he offers to do it for another 250. If he couldn’t have done it how I wanted the first time he should have said that. I shouldn’t have to pay another 250 when I initially showed him pictures and he said he would be able to do it. An absolute rip off.

Did not have the best experience here. Tiffany did my cut, and she asked how much I wanted to cut. She chopped off more than I wanted and kept saying “It’s ok I will cut it before you change your mind.” I did not appreciate this approach because I need to see and confirm the length of my hair before it it cut. She did a “round” back without consulting me and cut very short bangs without confirming. I just am not happy with how short she cut it and the layers also are very choppy. I don’t think she spent enough time and effort on it.

Got a super cute short curly cut from Tiffany today. She also gave me a really nice head massage with my wash that was so relaxing. Salon is nicely decorated and I was able to book really easily. I definitely will be back! Curly hair, Haircut

Worst hair experience of my life. I booked a last minute appointment with Tiffany for an overall color and haircut. I wanted to go from a red to a strawberry blond which I have done in the past with ease. Tiffany seemed hesitant from the start and I should have listened to my gut and left the salon. I really wish I had because she overdeveloped my hair and dyed it bright orange. No joke. I have no idea how she has her license. My scalp was so tender I could barely sleep for two days. The integrity of my hair is destroyed. I never knew someone could destroy my hair so much that I would feel like I was trapped in a hair nightmare every day. If you care for your hair please avoid this salon at all costs. I wish I had. Zero stars would be my rating.

This is my hometown salon and I love it! Everyone is so friendly and it’s very clean and bright. Justin Lorenz is my guy and he really takes pride in his work. I really look forward to getting my cuts from him. He knows my face and how to frame it correctly. I trust him so much because he genuinely loves his profession and treats it as an art form. Highly recommend!
