I recently went here to do a simple relaxer touch-up and they treated my hair so badly. There was a point in the process I thought all my hair would be gone. First of all, a touch-up process is suppose to be quick yet efficient. The woman doing my hair took an hour to put the treatment in and she did it wrong! I think everyone knows you’re suppose to use the back side of the comb when applying the product but she used the teeth side. I tried to communicate with her on how I needed it to be done but she didn’t speak English and kept going without a care. She scraped my scalp so much with the teeth side of the comb while applying the product that I knew my scalp would be completely burned by the time she was done. I’m surprised I sat in the chair for an hour trying to communicate with her and she wouldn’t listen. What made it worse was that the owner was there and was to busy chatting with friends that when we called her over to help us translate, she wouldn’t come. I would not recommend coming here for a relaxer ever! I have to say though, by the end my hair was really straight but it’s been a couple days now and my scalp has scabs all over and still hurts.

This place is the worst to do nails they have prices on the wall and once there done change you way more I got a new set of acrylic nails and 2 weeks later most of the nails were coming off one of my nails was actually crooked. I really feel like the lady didn’t know what she was doing aft she was done shaping my nails she put crazy glue on top of the acrylic in all my years of getting my nails done I have never seen that done and when I asked her she gave no response as to why she did it. Worst experience ever.

Prices for nails on wall are completely different and they don’t tell you until after your manicure is done. The lady who did mine was too busy looking elsewhere and not paying attention to me at all. I had to constantly stare at her to remind her that I was there. The other half of the salon was full of loud drunk family members of the employees. They kept singing karaoke and drinking alcoholic beverages the whole time. Completely unprofessional, disgusting. I am never coming back here again.
