Critical: Quality, ValueI asked for a balayage treatment and layered haircut to fall just below my shoulders. What I got was a frosted highlight circa 1999 and a straight log that flips out horribly at my shoulders. I showed the stylist pictures of my own hair in styles that I liked, I showed him pictures of the cut and color that I found online and I walked out, went home, and cried. This was hands down the worst bleach job I’ve ever received, it’s blotchy and patchy. I used to do a better job with a cap diy set from CVS. The stylist was super nice and I had a nice time but he lost my appointment and so was juggling my cut and color while trying to manage the three other people who were coming in for their appointments. I will be buying a hair color kit from ultra and attempt to fix the mess that is now my hair color, and my mom is going to try to add some layers to my hair so that I have a prayer of a chance at styling it.
