Ali is probably the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I am usually a mix mess of indecisiveness and confusion, while a bit nit-picky with how I wanted my hair. She was extremely patient in helping me figure out exactly what I wanted, instead of just making assumptions like so many have done in the past. I showed her a picture of how I *might* wanted my hair to be like, then vaguely described the potential variations from it. She gave me plenty of time to think it through and checked with me several times throughout the process. This is in addition to her very gentle and detailed technique. The final product looks way better than how I imagined it. I would highly recommend anyone to go to her. Thank you for making me look absolute fab!

I only trust Yoo with my hair. Just one year ago, my hair looked like a broomstick from all the damage from perms and colour treatments…but Yoo helped me repair it and I was able to perm my hair again a few months ago. My hair looks great now! Yoo really knows the best hairstyles to flatter your face shape! Highly recommend.
