Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityJustine is AMAZING! I have to admit that as a woman with mixed ethnicity and curly (terribly damaged) hair, I was beyond nervous to see someone who was not of an ethnic origin themselves. After following Justine’s work for quite some time, I was confident that she was going to be the stylist for me. I was immediately impressed with the salon itself. It is beautiful and clean and relaxing. Justine was friendly and caring and most importantly, professional and knowledgeable on my texture. I gave her complete free reign over my hair and she did a fantastic job making endless repairs due to years of neglect and some health issues that had caused hair loss. I left her salon feeling confident and beautiful and pampered. Justine is AMAZING! I have to admit that as a woman with mixed ethnicity and curly (terribly damaged) hair, I was beyond nervous to see someone who was not of an ethnic origin themselves. After following Justine’s work for quite some time, I was confident that she was going to be the stylist for me. I was immediately impressed with the salon itself. It is beautiful and clean and relaxing. Justine was friendly and caring and most importantly, professional and knowledgeable on my texture. My first visit was a consult and talking about what I wanted for my hair and Justine was so knowledgeable and guided me through the process of what she would be doing and why, I’ve never had another stylist do this before. Justine is so talented! I’ve been going to her for almost a year now and can’t recommend her salon enough. My first visit was a consult and talking about what I wanted for my hair and Justine was so knowledgeable and guided me through the process of what she would be doing and why, I’ve never had another stylist do this before. I used to typically avoid hair salons because I didn’t trust them with my hair… but my hair definitely showed that I needed a hair salon. My husband and I both went to Justine and she made us feel so confident by the time we left. After my first visit with Justine, I knew I would be a repeat customer. Not only that, I trusted Justine to totally revamp my hair with balayage and she did amazing… she took time to learn about myself, my lifestyle, and what’s important to me to design the hairstyle that works best for me. I had full trust in her and loved the results. My hair felt and looked amazing!!!! she will educate you on hair care and explain step by step what she’s doing if you want… which I definitely needed considering I had never done anything with my hair. Along with being a rockstar at her job.. her personality and company makes the entire experience. She is a person you want to know and have in your life because shes the breathe of fresh air you need… and this is all extremely hard to come by nowadays. I started going to Justine at Salon XIII when I first moved to Delaware. I used to typically avoid hair salons because I didn’t trust them with my hair… but my hair definitely showed that I needed a hair salon. My husband and I both went to Justine and she made us feel so confident by the time we left. After my first visit with Justine, I knew I would be a repeat customer. Justine was AMAZING! I have had so many terrible hair experiences in the past and she was so patient and understanding with all my questions and concerns. Not only did the color come out perfect, but she really took the time to explain to me the process and styled it super cute before I left (even though I was just going home lol). I have never recommended a hair stylist before but hands down she is the best I’ve ever seen!

I went to get my hair done for the first time here today and it was the best experience I ever had! Justine knew exactly what I wanted and talked me through the process which I appreciated because I learned so much from her. Vanessa was also amazing with washing my hair and made my experience just as special by also treating me like a friend rather than just a client. I can’t wait to come back! ❤

A mistake that was from another salon/stylist, who I had been seeing for quite a long time. That other person allowed me to walk out of their salon with a mistake right smack in the front center of my hair.Justine was able to correct that mistake easily, and allow me to walk out of her salon with confidence. Justine gave me the positive feelings I should have had the first time getting my hair done, not having to get it corrected.I have gone back to Justine and her salon for my hair maintenance. She is the only salon/stylist in the area that makes me feel completely comfortable and confident to do my hair the way I want, without me sacrificing.I drive 2 hours to see her, and will continue to do so!
