I took my mother to the Salon and my mother’s hair start burning while coloring her hair and as much as I know my mother has been coloring her hair for decades and she knows she should not wash her hair 4 days before coloring and she never had any allergy reactions to hair coloring. It is very obvious they used cheap material but they charge very high. shame on them.

The owner of Xavier is very Rude and Moody man. He doesn’t like to be told his staff did not washed their hands while cleaning his salon’s floors. I did not wanted to be touch by someone who don’t want to follow a simple cleaning Rules. Instead of making sure things won’t happens again. He tells his customers they should change their clothing in the rest room of salon before they pay the bills.

Three hours later, some missing skin from the poor attempt at waxing and a dehydrated child… let’s just say we won’t be back. Our son wasn’t even allowed to check in on the progress and he was seated in an uncomfortable chair in the entryway and not even offered water. Three hours later, some missing skin from the poor attempt at waxing and a dehydrated child… let’s just say we won’t be back.
