I don’t usually write reviews but since this groupon is still available, just thought I would share my experience. I purchased a Groupon for 3 Shellac Manicures for this salon even though I was satisfied with my regular nail salon. I figured I would try it, since it was a great deal. Keep in mind, I have only experienced the nail services here not any other services they provide. After arriving at the salon for my first appointment, the decor inside was excellent, I didn’t feel as though I was in a nail salon, it was more like someone’s upscale living room. I am used to getting manicures on a regular basis so I kind of knew what to expect. But it was not at all what I was expecting. My old shellac polish was removed. Instead of soaking my hands to soften the cuticles, my dry cuticles were just pushed back, nails filed in the shape to the manicurist’s liking (my opinion was not asked) and a new shellac polish was put on. She did not start the polish at the cuticle so a few days later, my “fresh” manicure already looked 2 weeks old. Despite being unhappy with the first experience, I over tipped her and came back for a second appointment (which she tried to change twice because it was not convenient for her, the first appointment was rescheduled due to the fact that everyone else cancelled/rescheduled their appointments and I would be the only one she would be “driving 45 to and from work for” that particular day- NOT my problem and the second one she tried to move up from 3 PM to 12 PM because she had openings and despite me telling her I could not come any earlier, she repeatedly asked “how about 12, or 1”). When I finally arrived for my appointment, (my old shellac was removed by me prior to coming here) she filed my nails, was doing the first clear coat of gel and I messed up the gel on my middle finger but she just proceeded to piant over the mistake and told me that the gel would “shape itself” and that no fixing was necessary. Not true, my nail was messed up and still is. She finished my manicure and I tipped her for the last time and left. Also, during my second visit, I asked if anything was going to be done to my cuticles and she said no, that they shouldn’t be touched unless they need it (which they needed it-I had hang nails that day). Personally, I think she was in a rush to get out of there that day. Overall, my experience was horrible and I am not a confrontational person so I just decided to write about my experience so that others would be aware. Needless to say, I am happy to “waste” my 3rd appointment because I would rather pay $29 for 1 real manicure instead of $29 for 3 nail polish changes.

My husband purchased a Groupon deal for one basic Mani-Pedi from this salon. The promotional value of the gift certificate expired in August 2016 but the voucher clearly stated that the amount paid for the Groupon voucher which was $35 would never expire and could “be applied toward any good or service offered by the merchant .”
