Initially would have given two stars, the lady that cut my hair was polite but gave me a haircut significantly shorter than what I asked for (I asked for shoulder length hair and now it sits just below my ears). However after washing it at home it shrunk even more and was obviously very uneven (one side of my hair was an inch shorter than the other and a random section in the front was two inches shorter than anywhere else on my head). I’m not sure if she just was not experienced with curly hair or if she did not understand what I wanted but it was the worse haircut I have ever recieved. I did also tell the hairstylist when I left that this was not at all what I wanted but I was still charged full price for a hot mess. The owner was also not helpful and tried to make it seem like I asked for it, claiming on the cameras in store I nodded at some point. A simple nod does not mean I want all of my hair chopped off. The hairstylist was kind but ultimately ruined my hair. Do not waste your time or money here.

The worst experience ever , went in for hair cut and highlights and my hair came out orange in the part of my hair , was charged 130.00 , went back thinking she was fix her mistake and she ruined it again , same problem but even worse this time , she then charged me 175.00 ! I will never go back there, she literally ripped me off and over charged me , nobody in conway will charge that much for short hair , maybe little Rock but not conway

Workers are terrible and rude. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they totally ignored it and went for something they liked instead. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, I used to go all the time but it’s overpriced and workers are ignorant. To get your hair dyed here, it’s 200 dollars WITHOUT tip. Not to mention candi west is the worst. She doesn’t listen to anyone but herself and is constantly talking bad about people while working. She’s very unprofessional.
