absolutely horrible, I called in March to reserve my wedding in August, no one sent me anything, April comes I messaged them, they sent me the contract. I returned it the SAME DAY, they charged my account for my bridal party reservation, then today messaged me saying they gave my day away to someone else when I submitted my contact almost two months ago April 16,2019. Now they won’t talk to me or message me back about my appointment or refund. I would never refer or suggest this salon. Poor business practice.

Very nice salon! Staff is really friendly. The stylists take the time to stop and listen to what you want. They ask questions and make recommendations. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, never feeling rushed. The complimentary vanilla chai is excellent.

I was visiting family from a big city. I needed my hair done. I chose this salon because it most resembles the high end salons I’m use to. My color was done at a communal table, I wasnt sure how to feel about it at first, but it ended up being really fun. The chair I sat in to get my hair washed was so comfortable. My neck has never been comfortable in the wash sinks, but this I could have fallen asleep in. I almost did between that, the hot towel, & the hand massage. My color turned out great! It was well blended, it didn’t feel fried or dry after being bleached. My highlights where beautifully fine, more like sun kissed. The price of my service was reasonable for the quality I got. I’ll definitely be going back everytime I visit… and bringing my sister with me!

Called the next day after my hair cut because I wanted more cut off, left a message called the next day and let another message. Called an Thursday but didn’t get a call back until Monday and was told d she was to busy but would give be a discount on next cut or could call if she had a opening sooner. I only needed some more cut off the top and on one side I just thought I could get squeezed in for a few minutes.
