This place is amazing!! I had several people recommend Salon West to me & I booked an appointment with Shelby. She was absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job. She listened to me and really understood what I wanted. All the other stylist were super kind. The salon has an industrial vibe and was very very clean.

I suffer from haircut phobia salon west eases the pain I usually feel at other salons when getting my hairs cut. I see Kelsey, but have heard and seen great things from every hair stylist here. The salon itself is extremely instagrammable and has an industrial chic vibe. Kelsey always listens to me and to this day is the only one who can cut my hair without making me cry. When I wanted bangs like Zooey Deschanel she executed the angles perfectly and I was happy. When i just need a trim with no layers, bam she does a perfect job. When I wanted to cut 16 inches of hair off and rock a Victoria Beckham bob, boom it is done perfectly and highlighting my best features. I trust this salon and love the ladies that work here. Definitely give this place a try if you are like me and fear getting haircuts because no one ever listens to you. You wont regret it! I’ve also been sugared here. It’s like waxing but with sugar. All my bits were exposed and she made me feel super comfortable about being plucked like a chicken. 10/10 would recommend if you want to try sugaring! It’s better for the skin than waxing
