Recently, I had a wonderful experience getting a fresh look. Thankfully, the receptionist listened to my needs and booked me with Cloe, who is also a curly girl. From the moment I met Cloe, she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. We discussed my desire to cut off a considerable length to transition me to a shorter style. Second time I had my daughters hair cut here and I won’t go back. For her first time going to the salon, it was $60 for a wash cut and style. Which was fine because I wanted her to get the “experience”, but I thought it was over priced. This time she just got a wet cut trim thinking okay less expensive- nope! it was $50 and I was not happy with the cut. I was thinking $50 for cut/style, I even asked her if she had enough time. My daughter (4) cut a small piece of her hair. I wanted to get her bangs to hide it. I said long bangs and texturize. She cut the bangs the same length as the cut piece. Not only that but $50 to wet cut, no style? She took advantage of me being in a situation where I needed a professional to fix her hair and she made it worse. I Was so angry. I could have done better with scissors and YouTube. Not worth the money for mediocre services.
