My stylist and I had a different opinion on what occurred. I have one half of head a very short length in a layer compared to the other. I have to grow out a large section. I wouldn’t come here for a haircut. I asked for a partial refund. It would be $5 dollars. Since I wasn’t charged for a full haircut. Or to fix it. I couldn’t risk it being made any worse. First and last time here. Salon response is a TOTAL LiE!!! TOTAL LIE! Unprofessional and far from the truth.

I would like to preface this by saying that the ladies here are so so nice and always very kind the few times I have been here. I absolutely hate to leave this review but this is not the first time this has happened to me. I received a nice haircut and highlights, but it wasn’t what I asked for in terms of the shade of the highlights or the amount of layers I asked for. The toning on the highlights is also a little patchy. This happened to me the last time I got my hair done here, about a year ago, where the color wasn’t what I asked for. I told them that past time and they fixed it, but it still wasn’t quite what I asked for so I let it go and chalked it up to an oopsie daisy. But then I came in again and was very excited and very specific about what I wanted but still didn’t get it. I do not put this review out out of malice, but just to inform bc I can’t afford to get my hair fixed every time I get my hair done. I also simply feel that they do not know how to cut curly hair but most places don’t.

Having thin hair I’ve always been afraid of having a cut or color because it takes a while for my hair to grow. I have been to salon vogue now twice and had Dharma cut my hair. I have been so happy with the way it turned out both times. I will continue to go back. Next time is a color. Haircut, Hairstyling

I got referred here by my mom who had Jalyn as her hair dresser. As she was booked out when I was free, I got a time scheduled with Kennedy instead. I have only cut my hair short one other time at a different salon and I was pretty upset with how it came out. Kennedy on the other hand blew away my expectations! The way she cut and colored my hair left me feeling 10x more confident than when I walked in. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
