I was so worried about trying a new salon after moving to Cedar apids because I’ve had bad experiences before. This salon was recommended to me and I’m so glad! Jessi was my stylist for brow wax, haircut, style and color. She was incredible! Very professional and friendly and skilled. My hair is amazing! I’m so thrilled with the results. I recently had my hair done by Lauryn and can’t say enough good things!! I was very nervous about getting my hair done due to multiple past experiences going wrong. Lauryn did an amazing job taking my box dyed brown hair and color correcting it and adding blonde highlights without damaging my hair! The color turned out better than expected and i definitely recommend! I have found my new favorite salon

She made sure to listen to my concerns and took her time with the cut, and I left with exactly what I was hoping for! The salon itself was clean and not crowded but still lively. Didn’t receive a good interaction with Lauryn, and don’t recommend booking with her whatsoever. She is definitely a inexperienced and young stylist that still has lots to learn, and a long way to go. I have noticed also that the staff only seems to reply to good reviews and never the bad ones to help solve the patients concerns, this shows how much they don’t care for their costumers. The salon is also mostly empty, which is something to take into consideration.
