I went there for a color, highlight, and cut and i was more than thrilled of my experience. Amy was one of the sweetest ladies i have ever met and honestly she deserved a better tip. She was completely understanding and patient and all around a wonderful worker. My hair turned out more than amazing and i had a great time talking with her. The vibes there are great and i will for sure being seeing Amy again. SHE WAS AWESOME!! GREAT PRICES ASWELL!!❤️

I ask for blonde and was not happy when it turned out grey or very ashy. I told Amy that I wanted her to fix it. I went to pay and she had raised the price from the time before?? I guess you aren’t supposed to say you aren’t happy with the service. I had only brought enough money for the service and a tip. I left and was coming back but had felt ill while I was there. I was going to pay her when I came back for her to fix her mistake. Megan who had nothing to do with it personally attacked me on the phone when I called to tell Amy.Saying I had been to all the salons in town that I only wanted it free! I have never not paid for any service as bad as some have been.No I wanted what I asked for. She was yelling on the phone that I had been to all the salons in town. I have tried several and didn’t like them but that’s none of her business. I didn’t like the way she did it either when they were at the other location so I didn’t go back to her but I paid her!! I believe it’s the client’s right to not return if they are not happy. I was told not to come back by Megan so unfortunately Amy didn’t get a chance to fix her mistake or get paid. I definitely would give it less than a one star because of Megan’s rude behavior. Thank you.

I went there two weeks ago and had Sara cut my hair I was very unhappy with. She did Sara messed up my hair bad she even cut my cousin’s hair and messed up her hair we both had to go to somewhere different I would never suggest having her to cut your hair she doesn’t very poor job
