Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI have been a faithful client for the last three years and I feel like I have found my home at Salon Vicaro. My hair has never looked and felt better thanks to Laurie. She always transforms my dreams into a reality and makes it look even better than I could have imagined. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and made to feel so special. I look forward to my appointments every 6 weeks. I receive so many compliments on my hair and as a women that is an amazing feeling. I have been a faithful client for the last three years and I feel like I have found my home at Salon Vicaro. My hair has never looked and felt better thanks to Laurie. She always transforms my dreams into a reality and makes it look even better than I could have imagined. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and made to feel so special. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLaurie was incredibly rude and rushed through my service, I did not feel welcome at all. I’ve heard great things about this salon yet my experience was less than satisfactory. I could’ve gone to Walmart if I wanted to wait past my appt time, not be greeted upon my arrival and receive so-so service. I attempted to make conversion but her responses were short, dry and almost irritated as if I was bothering her by speaking so I ended up sitting in awkward silence. I don’t see what the hype is all about, maybe I just saw the wrong hairdresser. I’m not sure but I will not be returning. I could’ve gone to Walmart if I wanted to wait past my appt time, not be greeted upon my arrival and receive so-so service.
