I messaged her the day before to confirm. She said she didn’t remember booking me. Then messaged me back and said she did. Got to the shop…she started my hair then proceeded to do 2 others before me and told me she had to squeeze me in…GIRL REALLY! Then rushed through my hair. It was horrible. I had to take my hair down and do it myself the next day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This is the second stylist who has either booked me and cancelled or pretended like I never made an appointment. I love this place. There’s no excessive wait! In and out. Lasine is my natural hair stylist and she gets my hair straighter than straight with her silk press. Nicole washes hair like no other (eyes rolling in the back of my head), it feels soooooo good!

The staff including the owner are very unprofessional and extremely rude. The salon is a ghost town and there are no “vibes” they overcharge for service that isn’t worth the price. Skip this salon.
