Got a haircut with Ginna today! It was such an awesome experience! She was so kind, and she has so much experience that you immediately trust her. I let her take control and choose how she wanted to style my hair, and she really did my hair justice. She gave me exactly what I needed for my face shape and features. She shared that she had been cutting hair for a long time, and it shows. Truly, never in my life have I gotten a haircut that I loved so much. I left with bouncy, feathery layers that had so much body. I definitely will be back to see her! Also had the chance to briefly talk to the owner Joe; he was just as lovely. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend!!!

I cover my hair because I’m Muslim and they were super accommodating by putting up dividers to dye my hair. After I dyed my hair, I came home and I didn’t like the color I had chosen, so the lady was super friendly and fixed it the very same day. I ended up loving it! I cover my hair because I’m Muslim and they were super accommodating by putting up dividers to dye my hair. After I dyed my hair, I came home and I didn’t like the color I had chosen, so the lady was super friendly and fixed it the very same day. I ended up loving it! Mother made appointment for highlights and haircut, Geordan set an appointment for her, confirmed via text 2 times with her that she was coming. Then on day of appointment, as we are driving to salon, (15 minutes from her appointment) she receives a text that they can no longer take her due to running behind schedule. It is totally understandable that delays happen, however calling such short notice to cancel is not the right way to go about it. What if she needed to be ready for a wedding or an important event! This was her 1st attempt with this place and her last. they then offered to reschedule her a whole week later at which point I told her to hang up and not waste her time. Not sure how they do hair, but customer service and dependability are seriously lacking.

This is my review after 3 consecutive vists Marianna did amazing job with blowout and creating waves on my hair. Also went back for haircut with Ginna and she was very professional and listened to all my damaged hair needs and gave me a SUPER nice haircut without chopping half my hair off +++++ will continue to go to this salon
