This is a great salon with great stylists. Mike always does a superb job with my hair. He is always consistent and remembers the style I like without me reminding him. He offers a wide variety of exceptional hair products and makes good recommendations on which ones would benefit my hair. He is well organized and sends reminders of appointments. Always on time. I highly recommend this salon. I’ve never walked out disappointed.

It is notoriously difficult for me to find a stylist who has the patience and knowledge to work with hair of my color and consistency. I was surprised and very satisfied with my experience here! Mike was friendly, and explained to me what he was doing as he went through the process of highlighting my hair. He took his time, and did not seem at all bothered by the fact that my hair took 3 hours to finish. I loved the experience and the outcome! I highly recommend this salon!

I would not recommend this salon. Last weekend I had my hair cut and highlighted by Mike. This was my first time at this salon and only the 3rd time ever I have had my hair colored professionally. I found this salon and decided to go because of the great reviews I saw online. I am a mom of 3 who doesn’t get time to get my hair done all the time so every year or so I try to treat myself and get my hair done. It had been about 1.5 years since I had been to get my hair done so when I made the appointment and talked with him on the phone I warned him that I had a lot of hair and needed work. On the phone I said I wanted a cut and color but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to do with my color. When I arrived Mike was very friendly and really seemed to be knowledgeable and confident in doing my hair. Before he started we discussed what I wanted to do with my cut and color. I had an idea of what I wanted with my color, pictures on my phone that I offered to show him but he did not seem interested in looking at. I really wanted to stay natural with color, I mentioned I really liked examples I had seen of caramel sombre. He then proceeded to say what he thought I should do with my hair since we knew I am low maintenance and wouldn’t be coming to the salon for upkeep. He suggested doing highlights all over and when they grew out it would look even more amazing. He assured me they would look natural. He never showed me any color swatches. I trusted his input since he is a professional and I’m not and I went with his suggestion. Everything seemed to go great. At the end when I got in the chair for the cut and dry I thought the highlights looked bright but I know they can be brighter at first so I never mentioned it. When I got home I noticed some patchiness in the front and the highlights in the front were very bright compared to the back. I went on vacation and got back and really started to notice how much patchiness and spots were at the top of my hair where the foils must have bled through. Like I said I don’t get my hair done a lot but I know it’s not supposed to look like this. I don’t know if Mike was just having a bad day but I went to get my hair done to boost my confidence and instead now just feel super discouraged and embarrassed of my hair. I called and talked to Mike on the phone and he offered to fix it but at this point I really don’t think I can trust them with my hair. He knew exactly who I was when I mentioned myself and he gave me the excuse that I had a lot of hair so the foils sat on top of the hair. Couldn’t they have been clipped up to prevent that? If he knew I had a lot of thick hair and this would happen with foils, why did he suggest doing full highlights in the first place? I really debated putting a review up but I really hope this wouldn’t happen to someone else.

I made a last minute appointment but Ms. Renee kindly took me anyways as soon as she could. I was very nervous about getting my hair cut and trimmed because I’ve had iffy experiences in the past but she did outstanding. She was very patient, communicative, and understood my wants without me having to explain too much. I felt very comfortable there and it was such a clean atmosphere too. Very wonderful experience with Ms. Renee. Will definitely go back again. Thank y’all so much!
