I can not say enough great things about Jess, Jeannie, and the entire staff at Salon Valeria! I had been going to my previous hair dresser for over 7 years and was hesitant to find a new stylist for my hair extensions. I had hear about a safer and more local way to have my extensions done in which Jess at Salon Valeria offers. I have now been going to see Jess who does an incredible job on my hand tied hair extensions! Not only do they look great, but they also feel so natural. Jess also makes you feel very comfortable and is the kindest individual! I highly recommend this salon!

Jess’s knowledge and experience alone was so comforting while installing these into my hair. She made the process and experience so great. From the time I got there to the time I left it was nothing but making sure I felt comfortable, happy with what she was doing, and made sure I was 100% beautiful before I walked out that door. The stylists at this salon are all so friendly and welcoming! The atmosphere at the salon is very professional and up-lifting. Jessi Trippi listened to exactly what I wanted and then DELIVERED. Key word here, she listened. Jeanie, who also owns the salon with Jessi, was there during my appointment and came over to introduce herself to me as well and she was so sweet. Kelly checked me out and recommended some products to me that I was asking about, she was so nice as well and had such a genuine smile. You can tell the whole staff really gets along and works well as a team/family. So happy I found a place with everything I was searching for: Great customer service, professionalism, amazing color, quality services, good energy, and stylists who listen to what you want. Jessi is an amazing stylist and knows exactly what to do! If you’re a blonde and looking for a new stylist, SHE is your girl!!

I have been going to Maria for my color for years. She is so talented, and fast! I admittedly am an annoying client, always wanting to try something new from platinum blonde to dark brown. I trust her and let her work her magic, my hair has NEVER been damaged and I have never had bleeding or bands, despite all I put it through. She also continues to educate herself, along with the rest of the amazing staff, through industry training, and it shows! I’ve always loved her work, but I feel like every time I go back she is better and better. I live in Chicago and fly home, “to visit family”, but it’s really because I have roots and she is THAT good! Maria also offers sugaring which is the best hair removal I’ve ever experience, and recently started with spray tans, if you can’t tone it, tan it. Maria and the team at Salon Valeria also offer bridal services at the salon, or at location. It’s so nice to have a once stop shop for hair and makeup in such an important day. They offer airbrush makeup, which is truly the only way to go! The entire team at Salon Valeria is amazing! I feel like they are family. Jess and Jeanie have created such an amazing and welcoming space. They embody what it means to empower and support women. In an industry that can be cut throat and competitive, they manage to support and challenge others (even competitors) to be better and raise the bar. Holly is the sweetest little peach, and always has a smile on her face. She has taken full advantage of the amazing leadership and exposure she has to such a talented team and really grown as a stylist. I’m so proud and excited to see Salon Valeria grow and evolve over the years to come. WNY is lucky to have such a beautiful space with top notch talent.
